"We had outgrown their office spaces in Yuba City and needed a new, larger space to rent.
As a cooperative providing financing to agricultural related businesses in this area, our
Board had given us instructions to keep the costs “reasonable” for our business needs and to
use a local builder if possible. We had received some good references on Hudspeth and their
