They provided a professional team that studied the building plans and listened to our ideas as the project progressed. They did not rest until we were completely satisfied. They approached our project with great enthusiasm and developed a truly outstanding building, which was recognized by the City of Yuba City as the "Best Renovation" for the year 2002. Kenzo SushiHudspeth Corporation takes great pride in producing projects that exceed the expectation of our Clients, within the budget and schedule proposals. Many of our projects have received awards for quality from City Planning Commissions and a Builders and Developers Association.

Today the company has a vast amount of construction management experience. Many of our employees hold State General Building Contractors licenses. We believe this demonstrates a depth of experience and broad understanding of the building industry and government requirements. Our CEO has completed three years as the President of the local Building Association. He has been a Director on the Association Board for over 8 years and is a Director with the Valley Contractors Exchange. Our Vice President has also served two years as the President of the local Builder's Association.

Our corporation is an approved builder for Burger King and Quizno’s Classic Subs. We have completed projects for the following restaurants: El Zarape, El Aztec, Jimboy’s Tacos, Lupita’s, Subway Sandwiches & Salads, Perko’s Café, Kenzo’s Sushi and Strategic Restaurants. We have also completed several Convenience Stores with car washes and gas pumps in Sacramento and Oroville, California.

Banks and Credit Unions include Clients such as: Sacramento Valley Farm Credit Union, Butte Federal Credit Union, Gold Country Bank, and Sutter Bank of Commerce.

Commercial projects include several 7,000 sf plus retail centers and a 24,000 sf center plus many Tenant Improvement for independent businesses and Malls. While we are primarily focused on commercial projects, we build custom homes, apartments and home additions.
